“Golden Leaves Promotion with Dr. Beckmann”

1. Organiser 

The promotion is organised by Dr. Beckmann Group UK Ltd / Dr. Beckmann® (hereinafter referred to as the “Organiser”).

The Organiser works together with FUTURE4 GmbH & Co. KG, Rothenburg 14-16, 48143 Münster, Germany (the “Agency”) for the administration of the promotion.

2. Promotion Period 

The promotion runs from 00:01 on 1 September 2026 to 23:59 on 28 February 2027 (the “Promotion Period”).

To claim a prize, participants must submit their claim through the promotional website no later than 23:59 on 28 February 2027 (the “Redemption Period”).

3. Prizes 

There are 50 prizes available in total. Each prize consists of a cash payment of £1,000. Promotional packs containing a Golden Leaf have been randomly distributed.

For eligible winners resident in the Republic of Ireland, the prize will be paid in the Euro equivalent of £1,000.

Exchange rate methodology for Republic of Ireland winners: Bank of England exchange rate on the date of payment.

The prize is non-transferable. No alternative prize is available.

4. How to Participate 

If a participant finds a Golden Leaf inside a promotional product pack, the participant must access the Golden Leaf Winners site via the QR code printed on the Golden Leaf. The site can also be accessed at: www.dr-beckmann.co.uk/golden-leaves/

The participant must complete the online claim form and provide the following information:

• first and last name;

• email address;

• date of birth;

• retailer from which the promotional product was purchased;

• product SKU / product purchased;

• date of purchase;

• price of the promotional product;

• total receipt amount;

• proof of purchase / receipt;

• photo of the Golden Leaf; and

• unique prize code printed on the Golden Leaf.

The prize code must be clearly visible on one side of the Golden Leaf. The Organiser, or a service provider acting on its behalf, will verify the claim and contact the winner to arrange payment of the prize.

5. Eligibility 

Participation is open exclusively to persons aged 18 or older who are resident in the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland.

There is a maximum of one prize per person and per household.

Participation requires acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and acknowledgement of the applicable Privacy Policy.

Employees of the Organiser, any agency involved in the execution of the promotion, and their immediate family members are excluded from participation.

All information provided by participants must be truthful. Each participant may only participate on their own behalf.

Golden Leaves that are damaged, altered, copied, forged, reproduced or otherwise manipulated will be void.

The Organiser reserves the right to verify eligibility, proof of purchase and the authenticity of any winning Golden Leaf before awarding the prize. The Organiser may exclude individuals from participation in the event of any breach of these Terms and Conditions, attempted manipulation, fraud or similar misconduct.

In the event of irregularities or suspected manipulation, the Organiser may require official identification, such as photo ID, to verify the accuracy of the information provided.

Any damage resulting from false statements or fraudulent activity must be compensated by the responsible party.

6. Notification and Payment of Prizes 

Participants who find a Golden Leaf in a promotional pack must register their claim on the campaign website within the Redemption Period.

Once the form has been submitted the verification process may take up to 10 working days. Winners will be contacted by email to coordinate payment of the prize and must respond within 10 working days to confirm acceptance of the prize. If a winner does not respond within this period, the Organiser reserves the right to reject the claim and the prize may be forfeited.

Once the prize has been successfully confirmed, the prize money will be transferred within 10 working days.

Payment will only be made by bank transfer to a valid bank account in the winner’s own name.

The £1,000 prize payment, or the Euro equivalent for eligible Republic of Ireland winners, will only be made to the actual winner. Assignment of the prize to third parties is excluded.

The Organiser assumes no liability for incorrect banking details provided by the winner or for any resulting delay or loss. Upon successful transfer of the prize amount, the Organiser is released from all further obligations in relation to that prize.

7. Liability 

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes the Organiser’s liability where liability cannot be limited or excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to the preceding sentence, the Organiser is not responsible for technical failures, lost or delayed claims, incorrect information submitted by participants, or circumstances outside its reasonable control that prevent or affect participation in the promotion.

8. Data Protection 

The personal data provided in connection with this promotion will be processed for the purpose of conducting the promotion, verifying claims, notifying winners and paying out prizes. All personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.

8.2 Purpose and Legal Basis 

Personal data will be processed exclusively for the execution of the promotion, including claim verification, winner notification and prize payment.

The legal basis for processing is the performance of the participation contract and, where applicable, the Organiser’s legitimate interests in preventing fraud and ensuring proper execution of the promotion.

8.3 Categories of Processed Data 

• first and last name;

• email address;

• date of birth;

• bank account details, including account number and sort code or other applicable payment details;

• retailer from which the promotional product was purchased;

• winner code / unique prize code;

• photo of the Golden Leaf;

• receipt / proof of purchase;

• product purchased;

• price of the promotional product;

• date of purchase; and

• total receipt amount.

8.4. Recipients

Personal data may be processed by employees of the Organiser responsible for the promotion and by service providers engaged for the administration, verification or payment of prizes, including FUTURE4 GmbH & Co. KG, Rothenburg 14-16; 48143 Münster, Germany. In addition personal data may be shared with and processed by affiliated companies within the delta pronatura group, including delta pronatura GmbH, Kurt-Schumacher-Ring 15-17, 63329 Egelsbach, Germany, where necessary for the administration of the promotion, legal and compliance support, IT services, finance functions and costumer service support.

Personal data will only be shared where necessary and legally permissible for the execution of promotion.

International transfers / third-country transfers: No personal data will be transferred outside of the UK or EEA.

 

 

8.5 Storage Period 

Participant data will be processed for the duration of the promotion and deleted within three months after completion of prize administration, unless statutory retention periods apply.

Winner data may be retained for up to 10 years where required for tax, accounting or commercial record-keeping purposes.

8.6 Rights of Data Subjects 

Subject to the applicable data protection laws, participants may have the right to request access to their personal data, rectification of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, objection to processing and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent.

8.7 Right to Lodge a Complaint

8.8 Provision of Data 

Providing the requested personal data is required in order to claim a prize. Without this data, participation in the prize claim process is not possible.

8.9 Automated Decision-Making 

No automated decision-making or profiling takes place in connection with this promotion.

8.10 Participation Checkbox Wording 

Checkbox wording for participation: I confirm that I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions of Participation and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. I understand that my personal data will be processed for the purpose of administering the promotion, verifying my claim and, if I am a winner, arranging payment of the prize.

9. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions 

The Organiser reserves the right to amend or adapt the promotion at any time without prior notice if unforeseen circumstances arise. A full cancellation of the promotion is only permissible for serious reasons, such as a product recall, suspected fraud, technical failure or other circumstances that make proper execution of the promotion impossible or unreasonable.

10. Final Provisions 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects any mandatory rights of consumers residing in the Republic of Ireland under applicable Irish law.

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. An appropriate replacement provision shall apply that most closely reflects the purpose of the invalid provision.
